The permissions on the video or channel in Stream are respected in OneNote.
In Microsoft Stream online, select the channel or video URL directly from the address bar or your browser on the channel or video page.
Or, select the Share icon on the video, and copy the URL.

Open OneNote, go to the place you want the video, and paste the URL.
Alternatively, go to Insert > Online Video, and then paste the URL.

Co-teachers have the same access as the teacher who created the Class Notebook to open and manage class notebooks from any device.
Sign in to Office.com with the log-in provided by your school.
Notes:
If you don't see the Class Notebook app right away, click on All Apps to find it.
These instructions do not apply to Class Notebooks created in Microsoft Teams. Add students and co-teachers in Teams directly and they will automatically update in Class Notebook.
Select Class Notebook, then Add or remove teachers in the Class Notebook Wizard.
Add teacher(s) by name or email address. Remove teacher(s) by selecting their name.
Confirm the list of teachers with access to your class notebook.
Select Update.
